I led the product design for Roehampton University’s digital platform transformation, focused on delivering a mobile-first experience aligned with how prospective students consume content globally. The initiative centred on redefining the university’s online presence to support discovery, engagement, and conversion across a highly content-rich ecosystem.
Key challenges included designing a scalable mobile web application capable of supporting over 30,000 interconnected pages, structuring video-led storytelling into a performance-driven experience, and balancing community engagement features with commercial recruitment objectives for international undergraduates. The work required close alignment with internal stakeholders and the establishment of clear UX frameworks to support long-term content scalability.
The outcome was a mobile-first digital platform combining video-driven narratives with conversion-focused user journeys. Delivered through phased design releases, the product improved content accessibility, strengthened recruitment positioning, and provided the university with a more flexible foundation for ongoing digital evolution.
