Overview
I led the product design and rebuild of ISBA’s digital platform, a core tool used by FTSE 100 marketers to access industry intelligence, events, and membership services. The focus was on transforming a fragmented, content-heavy website into a scalable product experience aligned with evolving user needs.
Key challenges included structuring large volumes of knowledge and event content, integrating with IRIS membership and payment systems, and designing role-based experiences across multiple membership tiers. The work required establishing clearer product thinking, modern UX practices, and a modular design approach to support long-term platform growth.
The outcome was a redesigned, data-driven platform supporting over 200 dynamic content pages, personalised user access, and streamlined event workflows. The product became a central operational layer for ISBA, enabling continuous iteration and improved member engagement over a multi-year roadmap.
