I led the product design for FE Fundinfo’s new Asset Management Platform, a SaaS solution unifying data from multiple legacy systems into a single interface handling over 60 million data points. The work centred on bringing user-centred design into a complex, data-heavy environment.

The main challenges involved aligning scattered requirements, introducing modern design practices to the team, and creating a completely new design system for visualising intricate user flows and financial data at scale.

The result was a fully designed MVP, complete with a custom design system, user flows, and data-driven widgets that empowered users to build tailored dashboards. The product gained strong interest from major asset managers and moved smoothly into development.
