Overview
At EY, I worked within a moonshot innovation team to design a predictive analytics platform capable of identifying companies likely to be acquired within three years. The project united engineers, data scientists and analysts around a shared product vision.
The key challenges involved creating a clear design language for machine-learning outputs, merging data from multiple internal sources, and adapting continuously as requirements evolved in a fast-moving environment.
We delivered an Alpha platform with a distinctive identity and a streamlined workflow for querying predictive insights. It became a standout internal tool that improved how EY teams approached acquisition analysis and strategic research.
