Overview

I led UX transformation initiatives at Expedia, helping establish foundational product design practices within globally distributed teams working on a new unified B2B platform. The focus was on introducing structured UX workflows and embedding user-centred thinking into complex, multi-market product development environments.

Key challenges included aligning stakeholders across regions, implementing UX principles where no formal process existed, and defining scalable delivery frameworks to support the convergence of multiple legacy systems into a cohesive platform experience.

The outcome was the creation of a core UX operating model, including workflows, collaboration methods, and design standards that enabled more consistent product decision-making. This work supported the early definition of a unified B2B ecosystem, helping teams transition towards a more integrated, product-driven development approach.
