Overview
I led the product design of a suite of internal iPad applications for Adobe and DSG, created to modernise how sales and management teams accessed training content. The initiative focused on transforming fragmented, static documentation into a structured, mobile-first product experience that supported real-world operational use.
Key challenges included restructuring over 50 separate training manuals into a coherent digital system, redesigning the UX for tablet interaction, and enabling internal teams to manage and maintain content independently. This required establishing scalable templates, introducing clearer information architecture, and embedding usability principles into a traditionally document-driven workflow.
The result was a set of intuitive, role-focused applications distributed through an enterprise app store, significantly improving accessibility and engagement with training materials. The work evolved into the definition of a CMS-driven platform, enabling dynamic content updates without requiring ongoing app redevelopment.
